To Breathe

To Breathe

WE are a being that is meant to evolve.

WE cannot hold back our evolution.

WE fight this,

WE bring havoc upon ourselves.

January 4th 2020 I posted a blog; The Energy of 2020

An excerpt:

… “A strong foundation is needed to weather all that Life presents. Life at times hits hard and cracks will appear. When they do, it’s important that they are attended to and repaired well, not just glossed over, pushed aside or hidden. We all know attempting to turn a blind eye, thinking no one will notice, that it will all be okay is foolish. The opportunity to ignore is brief. The crack grows and before you know it, becomes an abyss”…

The Coronavirus has swept the globe, descending on many, taking their breath away.

The Cracks have appeared.

Long Term Care for our Elders

The Homeless

Opioid Overdoses

Police

Racism

May 25th 2020 I posted a blog; The Body Speaks, But does it have your attention?

An excerpt:

…“Lungs, Breathing

The ability to take in Life.

The fear of taking in Life. Not feeling worthy of living Life fully.

We fill our lives up. With what?

Our truth or what we convince ourselves is what we should be doing. What we tell ourselves will make others happy. We often lie to ourselves that this will bring us love”…

“I can’t Breathe”

Why?

Because somewhere in time the white people thought they were more worthy of the air.

The right to live fully, to breathe fully.

Those they found on their path that were of a different colour, they decided in order for them to share the air, they had to take who they were and make them more white.

Or keep them believing they were less and only have the right to a small portion of the air.

After all, the white people thinking they were superior would always need more.

But the funny thing is that as much as the white race claims to be superior they have not found a way, for the most part to live fully, to live true.

Why?

Because when you take from others, when you rob from others to have more, be more – you never feel full.

Because it was never yours to take the breath, the air from another in order to give yourselves more.

It was always a lie.

For centuries the white race has wasted so much energy, so much air on convincing themselves it was true.

But now, the time has come. To face the truth.

The white race does not have the right to be the only ones who get to breathe fully.

If it was true, the white race wouldn’t be suffocating in this mess of lies.

The virus took us inside, distancing ourselves from each other.

But this lack of the right to breathe cannot be hidden away.

We have to stop.

The air, the right to breathe, to live fully, live true.

Is for everyone.

Perhaps when the white people embrace this, they will find the lives they live will be so much better, they will breathe easier, because they will have come to know the truth. Superiority does not make you safe, it keeps you in fear and when you live in fear, you hurt your fellow human and you feel less because of it and when you are less and fearful, you to cannot breathe.

May 25th I closed my blog with;

Take a deep breath,

know you are love,

Deserving of living the life you want to live,

Were meant to live.

Live True, Live Fully.

Since May 25th Life has shown us a crack, that we ignored and allowed to  grow into an abyss.

So I shall close this blog and repeat;

Take a deep breath,

know you are love,

Deserving of living the life you want to live,

Were meant to live.

Live True, Live Fully.

Black Lives Matter

We cannot hide from this

We must repair this crack.

Black Lives have the Right to Breathe.

WE are a being that is meant to evolve.

WE cannot hold back our evolution.

WE fight this,

WE bring havoc upon ourselves.
