We are mid way through January –
We’ve had time to take down the tree, pack away the decorations, do some discount shopping, sneak the last of the Turtles and empty the eggnog container. We’ve wished our happy new years to friends, family and co-workers.
There’s been time to reflect on the past year and time to consider where we’d like to go, what we’d like to do.Some of us have made resolutions and some have written a “to do list.”
Even when you don’t know what direction to take, there is always something you do know. Perhaps it’s that you no longer wish to commute to work, you want a new home that’s large enough for family dinners, you want to be in a relationship where you don’t have to be less so someone can be more…
The Vision Circle Meditation is a great start on giving yourself an opportunity to align to what you wish to attract. It lets Life in on what you have in mind, this way greater energies can be of assistance to what you have decided to create.
You don’t have to have all the details, as this meditation will grow with the time you give to it and you’ll develop clarity along the way, editing to what you genuinely want.
This is a meditation that requires a commitment, as it takes 21 days. At least 15 minutes per day.
Write out what you choose to attract, what you want to manifest in your life.
Start with you and how you want to see yourself, your physical form – physique, clothing etc. Your inner form – confidence, strength, peacefulness, happy etc. Then branch out to what you have and what you are doing, where you are living.
In September I shared the The Safe Place Meditation. I recommended that when beginning each meditation it is best to set the intention to receive from the light. Here it is again.
The light of God surrounds me
The love of God enfolds me
The power of God protects me
The presence of God watches over me
Wherever I am, God is.
“God” is symbolic of a higher energy, therefore substitute for whatever symbol you are comfortable with.
Step into the circle.
Announce, “I shall Begin.”
Visualize what you have written and allow all of your senses to take part. What do you see, smell, taste, hear? See yourself, hear and/or see your name.
When complete, step outside the circle and announce. “Thank you, I shall return.”
Each day allow the meditation to grow. As much as you will direct it, allow it to take you to where you need to go. Be open to receiving direction as to what you need to do, or perhaps what you need let go of in order for your vision to manifest.
In your every day life – you will begin to be more conscious of when you are on track and when you are off track.
Congratulate yourself when you are, Congratulate yourself for noticing when you are not and choosing to pivot into the positive.
If you miss a day, don’t give up. Return and keep going.
And most importantly – Enjoy it!
